Workshops & Music Events
Heather Hutton is a bridge between worlds- weaving music, movement, and the unseen threads of spirit into every note she sings and each lesson she teaches. With a voice that opens hearts and lyrics that speak to the soul, Heather’s work invites listeners and students alike into deeper sense of connection, authenticity, and empowerment.
A Humboldt County native now rooted in Oregon’s Rogue Valley since 2000, Heather has expanded her artistry and teaching to embrace the sacred intersection of sound, spirit, and self-discovery.
Formally trained in music and public education, Heather holds a Bachelor’s degree in Music and a Master’s in Education. She brings over two decades of diverse experience as an elementary music teacher in public schools, as well as a vocal coach, violinist, and singer-songwriter. Her background in psychology, movement, and dance infuses her teaching with fluidity, embodiment, and intuition. Heather creates a space where learning becomes transformation and participants feel deeply held and safe.
A lifelong collaborator and conduit of creative energy, Heather continues to explore new ways of merging her passions by guiding others to find their authentic voice, reclaim their confidence, and remember the magic that lives in sound.
Heather’s approach to vocal coaching is more than simply learning how to sing. It’s a journey into self-expression, confidence, and connection. Through a unique blend of embodiment practices and intuitive guidance, Heather helps her students develop a deeper relationship with their voice.
Her workshops are designed to awaken ease, authenticity, and empowerment, guiding you to release tension, trust your natural sound, and speak or sing from a place of grounded truth.
Every three months, Heather offers intimate group workshops that invite participants into a shared circle of exploration, creativity, and growth. These gatherings are spaces of transformation where sound becomes medicine, confidence expands, and the voice becomes a mirror for the soul.
