Through various vocalizations, breath, and movement we become more integrated with our bodies, emotions, and intentions..therefore able to express more authentically the fullness of who we are in the world!

In "The Unified Voice" workshops, participants are engaged in a variety of playful and deepening Voice Movement activities. In a supportive and healing environment, "singers" are guided to find a fuller and more expressive sound and those who are terrified of singing in front of others ("out of the shower", shall we say!) often leave with less fear and a new found confidence in themselves. This work is wonderfully transformative on many levels, regardless of your skill in singing.

Heather also offers private VoiceWork and healing/personal growth sessions through sound and movement, as well as instruction in singing, songwriting, music fundamentals, violin, basic piano and guitar, etc...

Her approach is personalized, creative, and intuitive.
